There are many ways to set the Tempo in PolyNome.

On the main page:

• Swipe the tempo label
• Tap the nudge (+ / - ) buttons
• Long Press the nudge (+ / - )  buttons to jump in larger steps (configurable in Preferences)
• (To use Tap Tempo on the main page you must enable it in Preferences)

Tapping the Tempo Label will take you to the Quick Tempo Entry page. In there you can:

• Type in the tempo
• Tap the tempo using the Tap button
• Swipe on the classical name
• Tap on the classical name
• Change the note value associated with the tempo (e.g. change to dotted quarter note for 6/8 time signature)
