Where is the Haptic / Taptic Pulse button?

The Taptic button appears above the Master fader in the mixer for devices which support Haptic Feedback.

If your device supports haptic feedback and you don't see the button you can manually enable it from the PolyNome menu -> Preferences -> Pan, Mute Link, Vol page. Scroll to the bottom of that page to find a switch for showing the button.
