On the Edit Pattern page you can copy and paste and save parts of your entered rhythm.

Simply Tap and Hold on part of your entered rhythm and choose Copy/Paste/Save from the pop up menu.

You can rearrange and delete your Saved Rhythms using the Edit button in the bottom right.
