For simple metronome functionality where you want to accent the start of the bar, simply push up the Bar fader in the metronome section of the mixer.

You can also assign sounds and accents to your rhythms by tapping a rhythm and going to the Edit Pattern page.

There you can tap above the notes to add accents, or tap below the notes to add sounds.
