To set the time signature in PolyNome, simply tap on it and pick a new one. This will create a basic click in the new time signature.

If you wish to combine multiple time signatures, you'll need to do this in a Playlist.

In your playlist:

- Tap the ellipsis menu button

- Choose Add -> Bar

- Tap the multi-item button (in the top right)

- Add the time signatures you desire

- Tap "Add All to Playlist"
